Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Airbrush Las Vegas (whether online or in shop) or by signing up to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• Every piece is hand-airbrushed and made-to-order. Slight variation in color, line work, and placement is part of the craft.
• If you upload your own design, you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork, or that you have permission to use it. You agree to indemnify Airbrush Las Vegas for any third-party claim arising from artwork you submit.
• We reserve the right to decline any order that contains illegal, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or copyrighted material we do not have permission to reproduce.

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax (Clark County, NV) is added at checkout.
• You may pay online via card or pay-at-pickup at the shop. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Pay-at-pickup orders not picked up and paid for within 14 days may be cancelled at our discretion.

Standard turnaround for in-shop pickup is typically within a few hours, depending on shop load. We will text you (if you provided a phone number) when your order is ready. Airbrush Las Vegas is not responsible for items left unclaimed beyond 30 days.

Because each item is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. If your piece is materially different from what you ordered or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of pickup and we will make it right (re-spray or refund at our discretion).

When you provide a mobile phone number at checkout, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Airbrush Las Vegas about your order (e.g., confirmation, ready-for-pickup notification).

• Message frequency: approximately 1 – 4 messages per order.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard rates apply to all messages.
• Help: reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call us at 702-613-8609.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt back in.
• Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

All site content, including the Airbrush Las Vegas brand, logo, and pre-made design library, is owned by Airbrush Las Vegas or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You retain ownership of any artwork you upload; you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it solely to fulfill your order.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt the service, attempt to access accounts that aren't yours, or submit content that violates the law or another person's rights.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airbrush Las Vegas's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
