Airbrush Las Vegas (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates an in-shop and online custom-airbrush apparel ordering service in Las Vegas, Nevada, including this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you place an order or sign up for SMS notifications, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Order details: the products, sizes, designs, placement, custom text, and any image you upload.
• Contact info: the name you provide for pickup and, optionally, your mobile phone number.
• Payment info: when you pay online, your card details are collected directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card number.
• Site usage: basic analytics (page views, device type) used to improve the site.

If you provide your mobile phone number at checkout, you are opting in to receive transactional text messages from Airbrush Las Vegas about your order — for example, a confirmation that your order was received and a notification that it is ready for pickup.

Message frequency: messages are sent only when there is a status change on your order. You should expect approximately 1 – 4 messages per order placed.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard message and data rates apply to any messages we send you. Airbrush Las Vegas is not responsible for those rates.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Airbrush Las Vegas does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to send you transactional messages about your order and is not shared with anyone for any other purpose. We do not share this information with affiliates for their own marketing.

The only parties that may process your mobile number on our behalf are the service providers strictly required to deliver your messages (e.g., our SMS gateway, Twilio), and those providers are contractually bound to use it only for that purpose.

• Fulfill your order and notify you about it.
• Process your payment when you pay online.
• Respond to customer-service requests.
• Maintain records as required by law.
• Improve our service and prevent fraud.

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the business — our payment processor (Stripe), our SMS provider (Twilio), and our hosting / infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep order records and contact information for as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at the number below.

• You can place an order without providing a phone number; you simply won't receive SMS pickup notifications.
• You can text STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us.

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Toddler and youth apparel sizes are ordered by parents or guardians on the child’s behalf.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
